Our Summer Shape Up Challenge is coming up! Are you ready to get fit, build confidence, and feel your best in just 6 weeks!?
We put together a list of 10 things to do before we start on July 8th so you can feel prepared and have all the tips to succeed this Summer!
Pre Summer Shape Up To Do List:
1. Bikini Body Detox Meal Plan
On July 7th, the day before we start SSU, join us in doing the Bikini Body Detox Plan, to detox your body and get ready to crush your fitness goals! You will get this plan for FREE when you sign up here.
2. Meal Prep
One of the keys to success during the challenge is meal prepping. Take some time to plan your meals for the week, so you can stay on track with your nutrition goals.
This makes it much easier to eat healthy during the week so you aren’t scrambling and grabbing for unhealthy meals & snacks.
3. Take Your Before Photos
Taking your before photos is the key to tracking your progress + being eligible for the Grand Prize!
Hold up your SSU 2024 sign (In the SSU Playbook) so we can verify this a true “before” photo for this challenge!
Do’s:

Bright, natural lighting

Tight clothes/ sports bra & shorts

Vertical & full body

Front, side, back

Clean background (like a wall or door)

Wear the same outfit before & after!
Don’ts:
- Dark, shadowy lighting
- Loose clothing
- Messy background

4. Summer Shape Up Meal Plan
Make sure to grab our Summer Shape Up Meal Plan so you can crush your nutrition goals + follow along with us throughout the 6 weeks!
5. Download Move
All of the challenge workouts will be in my MOVE app! And, if you’re new to MOVE, you will get 30 days FREE.
6. Set Clear Goals
Define your goals for SSU. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving endurance, setting clear goals will help you stay focused and motivated.
7. Take Notes to Track Progress
Record your weight and measurements before starting SSU. This will be the key to tracking your progress + celebrating your achievements at the end of Summer Shape Up.
8. Join an Accountability Group
We strongly believe that Accountability Groups are a key factor in keeping you motivated throughout your fitness journey. With Summer Shape Up coming up, we want to make sure to have all the tools you need to succeed, so we want to help you create them! Check out the post on @teamlsf for how to join a group!
9. Schedule Your Workout Time
Block out time in your calendar or planner for your workouts. Make it a priority by scheduling it in advance and treating it like any other important appointment!
10. Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Don’t forget to drink plenty of water throughout the challenge. Staying hydrated is essential for overall health, energy levels, and recovery after workouts. You can also make drinking water more fun by adding in a scoop of Wing Woman or Natural Beauty;)
