I tend to take gift-giving seriously. Each holiday season, I carefully plan out what I want to get my loved ones (stuff I’ve heard them mention, items that tie into their interests and hobbies, etc.), but usually, I’ll end up going way over my budget. This year, however, I’m sticking to a plan. I’ve been searching for the top deals and shopping at Walmart, buying gifts that look expensive but are still under a certain price point.

Walmart sells plenty of expensive-looking items that I know my family and friends will enjoy. Personally, I’m all about the retailer’s fashion section (half of my luxe-looking wardrobe is actually from Walmart!), but I also know the store sells coveted beauty sets, dreamy home décor and must-have appliances that anyone would be excited to open.

If you’re like me and trying to keep your gifts budget-friendly this year, here are a few picks that look like a million bucks, but are surprisingly affordable!

6. Costway 4-in-A Row Giant Game Set: Sometimes these big toys can be pretty pricey, so it was a surprise to find a jumbo game for just $60. It’s fun for the whole family or a person who enjoys entertaining, and since it’s easy to assemble, you might find yourself playing a round or two in the near future — $60 (originally $149) at Walmart!

Not only is this a reputable brand, you can choose between multiple scents, and with a price this low, you may want to stock up — $5 (originally $10) at Walmart
