Sydney Sweeney is stepping out with ex-fiancé Jonathan Davino once again.
The former couple was photographed in Florida on Saturday, April 19, according to photos obtained by E! News. The images showed Sweeney, 27, seemingly attempting to keep a low profile in denim shorts with an oversized white sweatshirt. She accessorized with a baseball cap and sunglasses.
Davino, 41, was all smiles as he walked alongside Sweeney in a sweatshirt and sweatpants. He also opted for an all-black hat and sunglasses. (This is the second time Sweeney and Davino have been spotted out together this month.)
“Sydney and Jonathan have remained cordial after deciding to split,” a source told Us earlier this month, noting that Sweeney “spends a lot of her time in Florida” but “primarily lives” in Los Angeles.
The pair walked side-by-side as Sweeney carried her new pup, which she introduced to fans via Instagram on Monday, April 21.
“Introducing sully bear,” she wrote via Instagram. “So far in our two weeks together he’s become my set best friend, my bowling partner, my nap buddy, mutual water enthusiast, and travel companion.”
Sweeney’s outing with Davino comes nearly one month after Us Weekly confirmed that the Euphoria actress had called off her engagement. A separate source told Us that Sweeney was “telling friends she is single,” after a seven-year relationship with Davino. However, they seem to be on good terms after the breakup.
A third insider also noted last month that the former couple were “having major issues” amid wedding planning. Initially, they “called off the wedding” before making the split more permanent. (Davino and Sweeney were first linked in 2018 with him proposing in February 2022.)
“They were supposed to get married this spring. The wedding is not happening, and they aren’t having further discussions about it,” the same source added. “Sydney wanted to cancel everything and couldn’t handle the stress.”

Despite the breakup, there doesn’t seem to be any drama between Sweeney and Davino as he “understood her reasoning for calling off the wedding and them going their separate ways,” the first source shared.
Their lives are still tethered together, however, as they have “remained friends” while Davino helps Sweeney renovate her Bel Air fixer house. (Sweeney purchased the home in May 2023.)
“It is a huge restoration project and something that Sydney is extremely passionate about,” the insider added, noting that the restoration “will not be done for at least another year” or “even longer.”
The former couple does not have plans for the house — which was “was supposed to be their family home together” — as the project is ongoing. “They have talked about selling the home once it is done down the line and are hoping to make a profit, but haven’t made a decision yet,” the same source said.
