Kylie Kelce doesn’t want girl dad Jason Kelce to have to witness the hormonal overload that will ensue when her and their daughters “sync up.”
During an appearance on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast on Tuesday, April 22, Kylie, 33, told host Amanda Hirsch that she’ll let Jason, 37, “move out” in order to avoid the impending alignment of menstrual cycles.
At one point in their long-ranging conversation, Hirsch suggested that Kylie was in for it when her daughters — Wyatt, 5, Ellie, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 1 month — reach their teenage years. Kylie replied, “I know, I told Jason he’s allowed to move out as long as he visits me.”
“Like, as soon as we’re all synced up, I’m like, ‘You can move out, but you have to visit me,’” she added, referring to the Kelce girls’ future period synchrony.
Hirsch seemed genuinely surprised that Kylie and Jason had discussed this female phenomenon, prompting Kylie to admit that she felt “bad” for her husband.
“I just feel bad,” Kylie said. “I know what our house was like when both my sister and I were, like, synced up and, like, yeah, God.”

Kylie said that being a mom to four daughters isn’t always easy, but she admitted Jason was the one who was far less prepared for the parenting challenge.
“I think he has a very skewed idea of women, which is probably why he has four daughters,” Kylie joked. “It’s why he was blessed with four daughters. The universe said: ‘He doesn’t get it. We need him to get it.’”
She noted that Jason didn’t know what he was in for with daughters, as he grew up with “only a brother” and the females he knew were his mom and his dog. (Jason is the older brother of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.)
“I don’t think that he understood women in a way,” Kylie shared. “When we started dating and he introduced me to his family, his parents were like, ‘Oh, he’s dating someone.’ It was a shock.”
Kylie and Jason tied the knot in April 2018 and welcomed their daughters in October 2019, March 2021, February 2023 and March 2025, respectively. As for how they juggle their respective careers and their young family, Kylie said they have a nanny.
“Us having help has nothing to do with either my husband or my own involvement in our kids’ lives,” she explained. “It just has to do with when there’s so many moving parts, it’s so great to have people you can trust and rely on — and your kids also love and trust. That’s a game changer.”
