Gleb Savchenko had a hilarious response to the drama surrounding his recent split from Brooks Nader.
The Dancing With the Stars pro, 41, poked fun at the breakup in a TikTok video shared Monday, April 7. Filming backstage during a stop on the DWTS Live 2025 tour, Savchenko lip-synched to an audio that stated, “To everyone who watches my life and gossips about it, don’t give up. Season 2 is about to come out.”
Savchenko posted his TikTok clip shortly after a source confirmed to Us Weekly on Monday that he and Nader, 29, had called it quits for the second time. According to the insider, it was Nader “who ended things” this time. (Us reached out to Nader’s rep for comment.)
In a statement to Us on Monday, Savchenko claimed he was “surprised to learn” about the breakup “through an article published today.” He added, “The last communication I received from her was a text on April 6th, asking to speak. I called her today in response, but she has not replied.”

Savchenko noted that he last saw the model “when I traveled to New York to support her and film an episode of her reality show on March 31st and April 1st,” after which she was “sad” to see him return to L.A. to continue the DWTS tour.
The ballroom dancer said that he’s “still processing everything” and doesn’t “have all the answers” but wishes Nader “the best moving forward.”

Savchenko and Nader sparked a romance while competing together on season 33 of DWTS last year. “[They are] hooking up,” a source exclusively told Us in September 2024. “It’s casual for now, and they’re both just having fun.”
The pair’s whirlwind romance — which involved getting matching tattoos — initially came to an end shortly after their DWTS elimination in October 2024. At the time, a source told Us, “Gleb ended things, but Brooks is continuing to live her best life.”
A separate source told Us that same month that “Gleb got way too comfortable, especially in the amount of time he was spending at Brooks’ home to a point it had begun to concern Brooks’ people and family close to her,” adding, “Gleb sensed Brooks pulling back because of this.” Per the insider, Savchenko ended things “via a text” to “get ahead of the situation.”
By December 2024, the pair’s romance was back on. “Brooks and Gleb are going strong right now and exclusively dating,” a source revealed to Us in February. “They both have very busy lifestyles and that works for them.”

Just one week before their split made headlines, Savchenko and Nader were spotted holding hands during a New York City date night on March 31. Savchenko also shared a TikTok video of himself grabbing lunch with Nader, her mom, Holland, and her three sisters — Grace Ann, Mary Holland and Sarah Jane.
