Influencer Lauren Cummings Johnson and husband Wilson Johnson are mourning the loss of their 9-month-old daughter, Lily Ann.
“Our sweet Lily Ann went to be with Jesus on Sunday, April 6,” Lauren and Wilson wrote in a joint post shared via Instagram on Monday, April 7. “She was exactly 9 months old, 9 months our beautiful miracle, 9 months of a love, joy, and sunshine in our home and hearts.”
The couple included a series of emotional photos featuring Lily Ann, whom they welcomed on July 6, 2024. Per Lauren’s Instagram, their daughter appeared to have been in and out of the hospital since her birth. In February, the influencer wrote that Lily Ann was “was born with a condition where she cannot break down protein,” adding, “She is missing a critical enzyme in the urea cycle.”
After Lily Ann’s birth, Lauren revealed in an August 2024 post via Instagram that her daughter had been “admitted to the pediatric ICU 8 hours after discharge from the hospital” after she was born.

“It was the honor of our lifetime to get to share her with the world,” the Johnson’s continued in their April 7 post. “We know so many of you loved her and prayed for her. She was pure joy and sunshine! Thank you all for loving her and us the past 9 months!”

They continued, “We always said she was a real life angel 👼🏼 What a blessing it was to be her mom and dad. Thank you Jesus and thank you Lily Ann for changing our lives forever!” The parents concluded their caption with a lengthy quote from pastor Tim Keller.
Lauren shared details about Lily Ann’s funeral service via Instagram Story, which is scheduled for Monday, April 14, in Nashville, Tennessee.
Several people flocked to the comments section to offer their condolences to Lauren and Wilson, with influencer Kailey Dickerson writing, “What an unfathomable thing to fall asleep in your mother’s arms in the arms of Jesus….
