Smriti Mandhana Rose To 2nd In ODI and 3rd In T20 Rankings
India’s star opener Smriti Mandhana has surged to 2nd place in the ICC Women’s ODI batting rankings. She has also secured the 3rd position in the T20I rankings. Her consistent performances against Australia and the West Indies have been instrumental in her journey.
Mandhana’s impressive knock of 105 runs in the final ODI against Australia in Perth. In the 1st T20 against West Indies Smriti scored a crucial 54 runs for the team in Navi Mumbai. She demonstrated her class and ability to anchor ghr Innings under pressure.

While Smriti Mandhana grabbed the spotlight, other Indian players also made significant gains in the latest ICC rankings update.
Harmanpreet Kaur, India’s captain, broke into the top 10 of the T20I batting rankings. Jemimah Rodrigues moved to six places up to 15th due to her brilliant 73 in the first T20I against West Indies. Deepti Sharma climbed to 2nd in the T20I bowling rankings and retained her reputation as a top all-rounder. Arundhati Reddy is now at the 51st spot after an impressive 4/26 performance.

Other international stars have also moved up in the England’s Tammy Beaumont rose to 11th in the ODI rankings after her unbeaten 65 against South Africa. Australia’s Ashleigh Gardner surged to 16th in ODI batting and has equalled her career-best 3rd position in bowling rankings South Africa’s Marizanne Kapp climbed to 4th in ODI bowling after a standout performance.
