Sydney Sweeney has appeared to channel all her post-breakup emotions into a night out singing music after she and Jonathan Davino called off their engagement.
Sweeney, 27, was spotted at the Backyard Bar in Key West, Florida, on Wednesday, April 16, where she and two unidentified pals wowed at karaoke via footage obtained by TMZ. The crew belted “Someone Like You” by Adele, which is widely considered to be a breakup anthem.
After the end of the number, Sweeney went up to a Backyard Bar employee and said, “Nah, I’m here forever. Don’t get tired of me.”
While it’s not known why the Euphoria star and her friends chose the Adele showstopper, Sweeney recently went through a breakup of her own after she called off her engagement with Davino.

Us Weekly exclusively confirmed in March that Sweeney and Davino officially broke up, with a source telling Us that the actress was “telling friends she is single.”
Weeks earlier, a separate insider revealed to Us that Sweeney and Davino’s wedding plans came “to a halt.”
“They were supposed to get married this spring. The wedding is not happening, and they aren’t having further discussions about it,” the second source claimed. “Sydney wanted to cancel everything and couldn’t handle the stress. A lot of their issues stem from Sydney being extremely busy with work commitments.”
Sweeney, who recently returned to the set of Euphoria season 3 after a lengthy hiatus, and Davino started dating in 2018.
“I’ve been in a steady relationship for a really long time, which is not normal in this industry and not normal for my age,” Sweeney previously told Glamour UK in December 2023. “What I’ve noticed about the idea of celebrity is people really love to build someone up and then tear them down.”
Throughout their relationship, Sweeney and Davino were producing partners, collaborating on projects like her 2023 blockbuster with Glen Powell, Anyone But You. The press tour for the Shakespeare-inspired rom-com soon sparked speculation that Sweeney and Powell, 36, were having an affair. Both actors repeatedly denied the claims.
“I don’t have the mental capacity to pull anything like this off, but she’s very smart,” Powell told Business Insider in December 2023. “And look, Sydney and I do have authentic chemistry. It was a lot easier for Sydney to lean into something like that because she’s in a very committed and wonderful relationship, and she’s very happy.”
Sweeney and Powell reunited late last month at his sister’s wedding in Texas, further stoking dating rumors. A third source, however, stressed to Us that the pair are “just friends.”
