It’s safe to say Travis Kelce won’t be gracing The Traitors’ roundtable any time soon.
After previously sharing his love for the Peacock reality competition series, Kelce, 35, revealed on a bonus episode of his “New Heights” podcast that he’s changed his tune. “I’m out on Traitors,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end confessed on Thursday, February 27, when asked whether he’s been keeping up with season 3. “It was good for one, and then I realized once you see one [season], you’ve seen them all.”
Travis’ brother and cohost, Jason Kelce, had his back — but podcast producer Brandon Borders was quick to disagree, saying, “There’s so much to talk about this season!”
Borders (a.k.a. Intern Brandon to the 92%ers) encouraged Travis to “watch the British version,” also available on Peacock, but the athlete still wasn’t convinced.
“I don’t want to s— on other reality TV stars,” he explained, to which Borders teased, “That’s what they live for, they love it.”
When it comes to the U.S. edition, Travis had some strong opinions. “I don’t want to get force-fed how good this person was on Survivor. That s— pisses me off every single time,” he continued. “I’m not trying to hear any of that s—.”
Borders got even more excited when Survivor was brought into the conversation, recommending the long-running series to Travis instead. “I don’t want to watch Survivor!” Travis replied with a laugh.

Before The Traitors season 3 premiered in January, Travis was fully onboard with the series. While discussing guilty pleasures with Jason on a September 2024 episode of “New Heights,” Travis said he was all in on the Alan Cumming-hosted show — and even thought his brother would “crush it” as a contestant. The twosome went on to propose playing in their own Traitors-style competition over the Thanksgiving holiday, which some of Us haven’t stopped thinking about since.
As season 3 of The Traitors continues, fans have seen some notable Survivor, Big Brother and Bravo stars fall. Dolores Catania, Dylan Efron, Tom Sandoval, Gabby Windey and Ivar Mountbatten are still in the running for the grand prize at Cumming’s Scottish castle, where Traitor Danielle Reyes was last seen trying to recruit ally Britney Haynes to turn against her fellow Faithfuls.
Recently banished Traitor Carolyn Wiger exclusively opened up to Us about what she plans to tell Danielle at the upcoming reunion. “‘Good game, girl,’” she said, admitting that she felt “super emotional” watching the episode where she met her demise.
The Traitors airs on Peacock Thursdays at 9p.m. ET.
