Rob Kim/FilmMagic Vinny Guadagnino is offering some details about his Jersey Shore: Family Vacation salary — albeit without dropping numbers. “I get paid, you know, for one episode of [Jersey Shore] the whole entirety of this show,” Guadagnino, 36, admitted to Gabby Windey during the Thursday, April 18, episode of her “Long Winded” podcast while […]

He has returned to the Las Vegas show multiple times over the years, in addition to competing on season 31 of Dancing With the Stars in 2022 and starring on MTV’s Jersey Shore Family Vacation, which premiered in 2018.

In recent years, Guadagnino has traded in his Chippendales bow tie and cuffs for a microphone and launched a stand-up comedy career. “When Jersey Shore was off the air, I went to UCB improv school,” he explained to Nicole, 33, of his early comedy days. “I was doing improv, and I was into comedy and sketch comedy, like Key & Peele and Chappelle[‘s] Show, blah, blah, blah. Guadagnino said that moving from Staten Island to Manhattan helped broaden the venues he performs at. “I get up every night in front of, like, whether it’s three people to 300 people. Most of the time it’s free, but I’m just harnessing the craft,” he shared. “It takes, like, years and years to — I have to get better quick, but I still have to take years to do it. But then the money comes from when you’re good, and then you go on the road, and then you start making money.”

While Guadagnino is not making the same salary he did while working at Chippendales, the reality star said he is still earning decent money from his comedy sets. “I have a date coming up in Florida. But I’m looking at the dates [and] I’m like, ‘Damn, this is f***ing good money,’” he said on the podcast. “I’m like, ‘I want this to be my career for the rest of my life.’ I love it.”

Guadagnino has several upcoming comedy shows lined up, including a two-night gig at the Helium Comedy Club in Buffalo, New York, on Friday, May 2, and Saturday, May 3. Fans can catch Guadagnino show off his comedy chops with more tour stops in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Texas, New York, Connecticut and New Jersey through November 2025.
