What’s New on Apple TV+ in May 2025


It would only take six fingers to count everything new on Apple TV+ in May 2025. But since Apple favors quality over quantity, you’re gonna want to watch these new shows and movies.

True Blood and The Northman‘s Alexander Skarsgård plays a sentient android in the new sci-fi comedy series Murderbot, which premieres on May 16. Murderbot may be the name that this android picked for himself, but he’s not particularly interested in killing. He just needs to hide his free will from his would-be human masters.

On May 23, Guy Ritchie‘s new action adventure flick Fountain of Youth is skipping theaters and debuting directly on Apple TV+. In the film, Natalie Portman and John Krasinski are playing Charlotte and Luke Purdue, a pair of siblings who are in a race against time to find the fabled source of eternal youth.

U2’s Bono will be featured in the documentary Bono: Stories of Surrender at the end of the month, while Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman reunite for a fourth season of their documentary travel series Long Way Home on May 9.
